1998 Outremer 38/43

Designed by Gérard Danson, the OUTREMER 38/43 is the O40/43’s brother. She differs from the 40/43 with a smaller beam: 6.20m instead of 6.80.

A reference in terms of construction, quality, durability, simplicity and … SPEED.

This OUTREMER 38/43 was built in 1998. The first owner asked the Outremer yard to extended the transom to 43 feet since the first day for better sea passage, more storage space and having advantage with line shaft engines instead of Sail-Drives.

The accommodations are simple and functional. Big modification on this boat compared to all the other Outremer 38/43, the hulls benefit from real communication between the saloon and saloon (Not by the cockpit).
