Livré à son premier propriétaire en septembre 2020, cet OUTREMER 45 bénéficie des dernières technologies de propulsion électrique par Oceanvolt et a été la propriété d’un ambassadeur éminemment connu dans le monde de la grande croisière : Jimmy CORNELL. Revendu à son second et actuel propriétaire en 2021, il a été utilisé en méditerranée depuis - jamais transaté !!

Le design désormais bien connu est signé Barreau/Neuman et intérieur Franck Darnet design. Il bénéficie de toutes les dernières innovations de construction : sandwich infusion polyester et vinylester, fonds monolithiques pour la robustesse et la rigidité ! Mousse cellule fermée allégées pour l’isolation phonique et thermique mais aussi les cloisons carbones, le mât carbone, le bimini carbone, ...

"Meru" est le TOUT premier Outremer 45 a posséder une bi-motorisation électrique Oceanvolt et le système de régénération couplé à deux parc lithium. Sur la base de l’Outremer 4X il en possède tous les attributs : jupes longues, mât carbone rotatif, cloisons carbones mais aussi barres franches carbones; bimini carbone, jeu de voile hydranet, gros stock solaire … Il s’agit d’une opportunité rarissime sur le marché de l’occasion et le plus équipé des 45 jamais produit par le chantier.

Il est disponible au chantier Outremer à La Grande Motte – France dès le début octobre 2024 –  

En version Off-Shore (4 cabines), c’est-à-dire semi-propriétaire. A tribord, une cabine en pointe avant pouvant faire office de local technique et une superbe cabine arrière ouverte (couchage 160x200) avec vasque et rangements privatifs pour son armateur.

La coque invitée (bâbord) est quant à elle en configuration suivante : cabine arrière lit king size (160x200 également), SDB douche centrale et cabine avant double.

Le bateau bénéficie d’un backup complet en sécurité avec second pilote automatique B&G, parc de batterie séparé, centrale de navigation Triton, girouette et anémomètre. Les batteries sont régénérées par un system Sail-Gen hydro générateur intelligent.

 Built to Barreau/Neuman plans and Darnet Design interior, this Outremer 45 catamaran stands out with its recognizable hull profile and powerful lines. To sum up: good looking, high performance, easy to handle - as all Outremer catamarans.

MERU is the VERY first Outremer 45 new generation equipped with two Oceanvolt electric motors and regeneration system backed by two large banks of lithium batteries. Based on the Outremer 4X state-of-the-art vision, such as rotating carbon mast, Kevlar rigging, carbon bulkheads, carbon bimini, carbon tillers, full Hydranet set of sails, solar panels, air conditioning, this is the best equipped Outremer 45 ever built and a rare boat on the second-hand market.

Built as a safe and comfortable family boat (4-cabin version), a large companionway is separating the owner’s accommodation from the salon by a sliding door. The starboard hull features a master cabin with a 160x200 cm double bed, wardrobe, storage, bathroom and toilet. The forward cabin could also be used for storage or converted into a workshop.

 The portside guest hull has an aft cabin, with a 160x200 cm king size bed, central bathroom and forward double cabin.

 A unique safety feature is the emergency backup circuit based on a second autopilot a separate battery pack to supply this arrangement, B&G autopilot, compass, Triton display unit, and wireless wind sensor. The battery is charged by a Sail-Gen hydro-generator.

Fully equipped for blue water cruising, MERU is conceived and fully equipped for a comfortable and safe long distance world voyage with 100% autonomy.
