On board, you can move between the saloon and the cockpit in a single step, air circulates thanks to the front and side openings, and the central island and galley have been redesigned to accommodate life at sea and at anchor. What is the difference between the Outremer 55 and the Outremer 57?

To sum up: the Outremer 57 is a more mature, safer and more accomplished version of the 55. It retains all the strengths of the 55 while adding concrete improvements: a more protective cockpit, better visibility, more storage space, smoother movement and more stable handling under load. The Outremer 57 is the logical evolution of a model that has become a reference point for blue water cruising.

Does the Outremer 57 really sail with a small crew?

Yes, it is designed to be manoeuvred by two people in most situations. The combined manoeuvres, protected circulation, increased visibility and new ergonomics of the helm station allow the boat to be handled efficiently without the need for constant movement. It also offers sufficient space and modularity to accommodate a temporary crew.
