2014 Outremer 45

Après un tour du monde et de belles années en Polynésie, cet Outremer 45 de nouvelle génération construit par OUTREMER YACHTING est à la vente.

Bateau extrêmement rare à plusieurs titres :

Il s’agit du N°1 de la série, livré en juillet 2014 à ses premiers propriétaires

Mais aussi une version jupe courte stricte à 45’ et non allongée, ce qui en fait un vrai avantage pour les marina et couts de place de port associés – moins de 14m

L’historique de ce bateau est notable, le but de ses premiers propriétaires était la Polynésie, d’où son nom polynésien qui a perduré avec les différents propriétaires …

Les premières navigations ont été faites sur 16 mois entre la Méditerranée, les Antilles, Panama, la Polynésie Française et le Pacifique au sens large.

Puis les seconds propriétaires ont acheté ce bateau et ont continué le périple dans les eaux turquoises, tout comme les troisièmes et actuels propriétaires.

Le bateau est désormais sur le retour versle Pacifique, lieu de sa vente : Fidji.

Sur plans Barreau/Neuman et intérieur Franck Darnet design, l’Outremer 45 a été un vrai renouveau pour le chantier français.

Une rupture avec la génération Danson, … volume, habitabilité étaient désormais au RDV … ce sublime 45 possède une vraie identité Outremer sans compromis à la performance ou la simplicité d’utilisation propre à la marque

En version Off-Shore (4 cabines), ce catamaran conserve la coque invitée bâbord : avec une cabine arrière, SDB douche en central et cabine avant double.

La coque propriétaire tribord se compose comme suit :

Coursive avec Porte coulissante permettant de privatiser l’ensemble de la coque

Penderie, rangements puis Lavabo avec mitigeur (vers l’avant).

Cabinet de toilette avec Douche 80 x 75 cm (au niveau du sol)

Cabine Arrière avec couchette longitudinale 200 x150cm.

Grand hublot rectangulaire fixe sur le bordé, offrant depuis le lit une vue imprenable sur la mer.

After a blue water cruising trip around the world and few years in Polynesia, this 45 new generation from Outremer Yachting is for sale.

She is extremely rare on the market for few reasons:

She is hull number one of the new design Outremer 45

She benefits from short transom version – 45’ foot strict which is a real advantage for marina fees – less than 14m.

The history of this boat is not common as the first owner target was to sail in Polynesia – his first and still current name is reflecting Polynesian boats.

After 16 months of sailing with first owner, we sold her in Pacific to the second owner who did a long Pacific trip: Med coast, WI, Panama, French Polynesia and Pacific

Then purchased by the third and current owner who finished the Pacific trip  – where she is for sale: Fidji

On Barreau Neuman plans and Darnet Design inside, thus unbelievable 45 has strength lines and is the higher standard of the Yard: performant, simple as all the Outremer Catamarans

Built with offshore accommodations, this cat keeps the portside guess hull with an aft cabin, central bath room and front double cabin

On the Starboard hull:

A large Companionway with Sliding door separating the owner’s hull from the saloon, Wardrobe, storage, sink basin with mixer tap.          

She benefits from aft cabin with longitudinal berth with slatted base and a large fixed rectangular port light outboard of hull, providing a clear view of the sea from the berth.

Then accommodations dedicated for toilet with a separate shower and a front cabin which could be use as workshop/bench with large storage below the working surface. Wardrobe, shelves and generous storage below the berth

Extensive work has been done on her recently to keep her looking gorgeous and in perfect working condition. She has completed one half of a world circumnavigation under three owners. She is ready for the next ten years without the need for rigging refits.

She is a safe and fast cruising offshore boat. Sailing off the wind she loves to show double digit speeds. This Outremer 45 has been sailed two-handed for the last few years and even without electric winches has been a pleasure to manage.

She is an elegant looking boat with emphasis by her French designers on crew comfort, safety, and performance.

Full equipped for blue water cruising, she has all the equipment with light weight to keep all the performances … with a major refit done on last month to keep her ready to sail.
